Jai Corp Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.50 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Jai Corp Ltd at its meeting held on June 04, 2021, has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.50 per share on 4,81,67,010 equity shares of face value Re.1/- each for the financial year 2020-21. No dividend was recommended on the 13,02,82,400 equity shares held by the promoters who had irrevocably waived their entitlement to dividend for the financial year 2020-21. Also, no dividend was recommended on the 44,600 equity shares forfeited but not cancelled or re-issued.
