NIIT Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of NIIT Ltd at its meeting held on June 04, 2021, has recommended final dividend of INR 2.50 per equity share of the face value of INR 2 per equity share of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21.
