Nirlon out of BIFR purview

Nirlon Ltd has announced that a copy of the BIFR order dated October 06, 2006, issued by them on October 09, 2006 and has been received by the Company on October 12, 2006.

As confirmed by the order, the Company is no longer is a Sick Company as per the provision of the Sick Company as per the provisions of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 (SICA).
