Nucleus Software Exports Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Nucleus Software Exports Ltd at its meeting held today has declared a Final dividend of Rs. 6.00 per Equity Share (i.e. 60% of face value of Rs. 10 each) of the Company for FY-20-21. subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of NUCLEUS SOFTWARE EXPORTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.602.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 609.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20263 in over 1435 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 625 and intraday low of 597.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12466088.
