Bigbloc Construction Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of Directors of Bigbloc Construction Ltd has recommended final dividend at 2.50% (i.e. Rs. 0.25/- per equity share of Rs. 10 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, which if approved, shall be paid / dispatched within 30 (thirty) days from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company. The date of book closure for the purpose of final dividend shall be intimated later.
