MRPL board to consider merger of OMPL

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled for Thursday, 10th June, 2021 to consider and approve the Amalgamation of ONGC Mangalore Petrochemicals Limited (OMPL) with Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL).

Shares of MANGALORE REFINERY & PETROCHEMICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.50.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 49.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 434312 in over 1949 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 51.65 and intraday low of 49.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 22010237.
