KPI Global Infrastructure Limited renews PPA for 1.35 MW capacity with Meghmani Organics Ltd

KPI Global Infrastructure Limited had earlier signed a Power Purchase Agreement ('PPA') of 1.35 MW capacity for executing solar power project under IPP category from M/s. Meghmani Organics Limited, Ankleshwar and on the expiry of the term of the PPA the same has been renewed with the increased capacity of 1.75 MW solar power for a period of 20 years under IPP vertical of the Company.

Shares of K.P.I. Global Infrastructure Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.49.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 49.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 89600 in over 21 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 49.75 and intraday low of 49.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4457600.
