Promoters pledged shares reduce in Parsvnath Developers Limited

The promoters along with persons acting in concert as on date hold 30,08,76,912 equity shares in Parsvnath Developers Limited ("Company") which is 69.14% of total paid up capital of the Company, out of which 19,63,76,392 shares were pledged which amounted to 45.13% of the total paid up capital of the Company and 65.27% of total Promoter's shareholding of the Company before release of 8,70,66,037 pledged equity shares on various dates and return of 15,64,355 equity shares which was earlier invoked.

Total 8,86,30,392 equity shares were released from pledge/return and accordingly, now the number of pledged shares of Promoters along with persons acting in concert has been reduced to 10,77,46,000 which is 24.76% of the total paid up capital of the Company and 35.81% of total Promoter's shareholding of the Company.

Shares of PARSVNATH DEVELOPERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.10.59 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 10.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 136480 in over 164 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 10.86 and intraday low of 9.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1443362.
