Asian Granito India Limited to divest stake in Astron Paper and Board Mill Ltd

With a view to focus on core business of ceramic and other tiles and products related to construction industry, the Board has considered and approved Disinvestment from Aston Paper & Board Mill Limited, an Associate Company listed on BSE/NSE in which the Company is holding 87,75,000 equity shares (18.87%) in capacity as one of the promoters of Astron Paper and Board Mill Limited. The proceeds from sale of the said shares will be utilised to meet long term working debt reduction.

Shares of ASIAN GRANITO INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.195.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 201.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 123638 in over 3053 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 207.55 and intraday low of 193.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25009434.
