Asian Granito India Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Asian Granito India Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended the final dividend of Rs. 0.50/ - per share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended 31 st March, 2021. The said dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of its declaration.
