Rupa & Company Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of directors of Rupa & Company Ltd has recommended a Dividend of Rs.5/- per Equity Share (500%) including a dividend of Rs. 2/-per Equity Share as a special gesture to the shareholders in time of pandemic on the equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021. The said Dividend is subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
