High Energy Batteries India Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of High Energy Batteries India Ltd have recommended payment of Dividend of Rs.10/- plus a Diamond Jubilee Special Dividend of Rs 5/-. totaling to a Dividend of Rs.15/- per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2020 - 2021. The Dividend, if approved by the Members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on Saturday, the 7th August, 2021, will be paid, subject to deduction of tax at source by Friday, the 13th August, 2021, subject to there being no constraints due to the ongoing pandemic.
