Shilpa Medicare Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1.10

The board of directors of Shilpa Medicare Ltd at their meeting held today 31.05.2021, have considered and recommended dividend @ 110% (i.e. Rs.1.10 per every equity share of face value of Rs.1) for the Financial Year 2020-21 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
