Earum Pharmaceuticals Ltd Board to consider Bonus Issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Earum Pharmaceuticals Ltd is scheduled to be held on June 10, 2021, to consider and approve Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company and to consider and approve the Issue of Bonus Shares.

The board will consider proposal to appoint Mr. Dahyabhai Mafatlal Patel as Additional Director of the Company.

The board will consider approval of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2021.

The board will also consider an issuance of equity shares to the directors of the Company on preferential basis against the conversion of unsecured loans lying in the Company from directors.
