D-Link India Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1.80

The Board of Directors of D-Link (India) Ltd at its meeting held on May 29, 2021, have recommended for final dividend of Rs. 1.80/- (i.e. 90%) per equity share, face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2020-21 subject to approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
