AMJ Land Holdings Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of AMJ Land Holdings Ltd has recommended a Dividend of Re. 0.20 per equity share of Re. 2/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2021 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 56th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Dividend shall be paid / dispatched to the Shareholders of the Company within 30 days of its approval. The Book Closure/Record Date for the purpose of payment of Dividend for the year ended 31st March, 2021 will be informed separately.
