Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited at its meeting held on May 28, 2021, has considered and recommended Dividend @ 250% i.e. Rs. 2.50/- per share (face value of Re. 1/- each) on the Equity Share Capital of the Company for the financial year 2020 - 21 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
