TCPL Packaging Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 7.35

The Board of Directors of TCPL Packaging Limited at its meeting held today has recommended a dividend of Rs 7.35 per equity share of Rs.10/- each, which is equivalent to 20% of distributable profit. The dividend recommended is subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of TCPL PACKAGING LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.470.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 467.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 381 in over 23 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 478.15 and intraday low of 460.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 180351.
