WPIL Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of directors of WPIL Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended Dividend @ Rs.10/- Per Share on 97,67,080 Equity shares for the year ended 31st March, 2021 absorbing a sum of Rs.9,76,70,800/- subject to the approval of Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Shares of WPIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.800.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 790.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8337 in over 310 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 820 and intraday low of 792. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6710158.
