The Board of Directors of Time Technoplast Ltd at its meeting held on May 28, 2021, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.70/- per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 1/- each (70%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
