Karur Vysya Bank Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Karur Vysya Bank Ltd at its meeting held on May 28, 2021, has recommended dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share on the face value Rs. 2/- each (i.e., 25%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank.
