Aegis Logistics Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Aegis Logistics Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2021, has recommended Final dividend @ 200% i.e. Rs. 2/- per share (face value of Re.1 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of members at the Annual General Meeting.
