HEG Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of HEG Ltd have recommended a final Dividend on Equity Shares at the rate of Rs. 3/- per Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2020-21 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend will be paid / dispatched within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting.
