Solar Industries India Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 6 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Solar Industries India Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2021, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 6 per equity share i.e. 300% on the face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2020-2021 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of SOLAR INDUSTRIES INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1350 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1324.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 791 in over 93 trades.
