Mr.Prasad R. Menon appointed Managing Director of Tata Power

Tata Power Co. Ltd. has announced that Mr.Prasad R Menon has been appointed as Director and Managing Director of the Company with effect from October 16,2006. Prior to this assignment, Mr Menon was the Managing Director of Tata Chemicals Limited.
