Waterbase Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Waterbase Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2021, has recommended a Final Dividend of Re. 1/- per share for the Financial Year 2020-21, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual general Meeting.
