S H Kelkar and Company Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of Directors of S H Kelkar and Company Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of 75 Paise (i.e. 7.5%) per equity share on 14,13,20,801 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2020-21 which shall be subject to approval by the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
