Amrutanjan Health Care Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2.60

The Board of Directors of Amrutanjan Health Care Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2021, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 2.60 per equity share on 2,92,30,630 shares of Re. 1 each fully paid up for the financial year 2020-21. The Final dividend if approved at the Annual General Meeting will be paid to eligible shareholders within 30 days of AGM.
