Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. May 27, 2021 has recommended payment of final dividend of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) per equity share of Re. 1/- each of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend is expected to be paid on or before about September 17, 2021.
