Infibeam Avenues Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.05

The Board of Directors of Infibeam Avenues Ltd in its meeting held today has, recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 0.05/- per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each (i.e. 5%) for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company. The Company shall inform you in due course the date on which the Company will hold its Annual General Meeting for the year ended March 31, 2021, the Record Date/ Book Closure for final dividend and the date from which dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid or warrants thereof despatched to the shareholders.
