Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2021, have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 6/- per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each (i.e. 300%) for the financial year 2020-2021. The same will be payable after it is approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
