TTK Healthcare Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of TTK Healthcare Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2021, considered and approved / recommended dividend of Rs. 6/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (60%), for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 which shall be paid / despatched within 21 days from the date of AGM, subject to the approval of the Shareholders.

The 63rd Annual General Meeting of the Company has been scheduled to be held on August 20, 2021, through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (VC / OAVM).
