Cadila Healthcare Ltd Board recommend Final Dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of Cadila Healthcare Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2021, have recommended final dividend of Rs. 3.50/- (@ 350%) per equity share of Re. 1/- each, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 11, 2021.
