Bank of Maharashtra announces updates on Issue of Upper Tier II Bonds

Bank of Maharashtra has announced that the Bank has prepared the Information Memorandum for the issue of its Upper Tier II Bonds of Rs 300 crore. The said Information Memorandum is prepared in line with the guidelines provided under the SEBI (Disclosures of Investor Protection) Guidelines 2000.
