ASM Technologies Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 3 for FY21

The Board of Directors of ASM Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on May 26, 2021, has recommended final dividend of Rs.3.00 per share, ie 30% on the par value of Rs.10/- per share for the financial year 2020-21, the payment is subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual general Meeting.
