Sicagen India Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.60 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Sicagen India Limited at their meeting held today through Video Conferencing, has considered and recommended equity dividend @ 6% (Re. 0.60 per share) for the financial year 2020-21, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of SICAGEN INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.21.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 20.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18137 in over 51 trades.
