Somany Home Innovation Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.30

The Board of Directors of Somany Home Innovation Ltd at its meeting held on May 26, 2021, has recommended payment of Dividend @ 15% i.e. Re. 0.30 (Paise Thirty) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2021 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the 4th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 27, 2021 and will be credited/dispatched on or before October 04, 2021 to the shareholders entitled for the same.
