V-Guard Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of Directors of V-Guard Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 26, 2021, has recommended a final Dividend of Rs.1.20 (120%) per equity share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year 2020-21. The dividend if approved by the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting, shall be disbursed on or before August 27, 2021.
