Saksoft Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Saksoft Limited have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.50/- per equity share (25%) for the Financial Year 2020-21 on equity shares of Rs 10/- each, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 10, 2021.
