Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2021, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per share of the face value of Rs.2/- each (i.e. 25% of the face value) which is subject to approval by the Members of the Company at the forthcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting.

The Record Date for the purpose of eligibility for payment of Dividend shall be July 15, 2021 if declared at the forthcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting.
