Surya Roshni Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Surya Roshni Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share (i.e. @ 15% on the paid up equity share capital) for the financial year 2020-21 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM. This final dividend is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50 (15%) per equity share paid for the financial year 2020-21, the total dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 amounts to Rs. 3.00 per equity share.
