NR AGARWAL INDUSTRIES LIMITED board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of NR AGARWAL INDUSTRIES LIMITED at their meeting held today, that is May 25, 2021 has recommended a final dividend @ 10% i.e. Rs. 1/ - per share (face value Rs. 10/-) for financial year 2020-21 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
