GeeCee Ventures Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.90

The Board of Directors of GeeCee Ventures Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. on 25th May, 2021, has approved the recommendation of Dividend of Rs. 1.90/- (Rupees One Rupee Ninety Paisa only) per share on the equity capital for the year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to necessary approval by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The date of Annual General Meeting and the record date will be announced later.

Shares of GeeCee Ventures Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.112.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 113.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29748 in over 694 trades.
