Alkem Laboratories Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Alkem Laboratories Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five only) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, for the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The dividend, if declared by the shareholders, shall be paid on and from 01st September 2021.
