Natural Capsules Ltd Board to consider Dividend & Rights Issue of Equity Shares

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Natural Capsules Ltd is scheduled on May 31, 2021, to consider and approve the Audited Consolidated & Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Financial Year ended March 31, 2021.
