ADF Foods Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of directors of ADF Foods Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended final dividend @ Rs. 3/- per share (i.e. 30 %) on equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Company has fixed Friday, September 17, 2021 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to said Final Dividend.

Shares of ADF FOODS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1044 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1022.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8494 in over 1098 trades.
