A meeting of the Board of Directors ('the Board') of Navneet Education Limited scheduled to be held on May 27, 2021, to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone And Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2021 and Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021 and recommendation of dividend if any, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021.
