Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 27.70

The Board of Directors of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited at its Meeting held today through Video Conferencing, has recommended a final dividend of ₹ 27.70/- per equity share (face value of Rs.10/- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to deduction of tax at source and the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The date of payment/dispatch of dividend shall be intimated subsequently.
