Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.60

The Board of Directors of Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd at its meeting held on May 22, 2021, has recommended Final Dividend@ 60% i.e. Rs. 0.60/- per equity shares of Rs. 1/- each for F.Y. 2020-2021, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
