Birlasoft Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The board of directors of Birlasoft Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each (125%), for the financial year 2020-21, subject to declaration of the same by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company. The date of AGM will be announced in due course of time, and the dividend, if declared by the members, will be paid within the statutory timelines.

Shares of Birlasoft Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.267.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 269.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 95283 in over 3200 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 272.55 and intraday low of 238.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25156721.
